Specializing seminars on Art History
The Foundation organizes specialized training courses on specific topics related to the history of Italian art. The courses are aimed at young graduates, postgraduates, doctoral students, scholars and are an important training opportunity and study. The courses include classroom lectures and visits to the places and monuments treaties.
Training courses on cataloging and preservation of Photo Archives
Organized annually, the courses are designed as educational opportunities and training for young graduates and industry professionals (librarians, archivists, conservators). Provide lectures and practical exercises on the original materials of the Fototeca Zeri.
Training courses in Art History for teachers
The courses, currently suspended, are promoted by the Fondazione Federico Zeri in collaboration with the Regional Education Office for Emilia-Romagna and with the sponsorship of the Department of Arts - University of Bologna. They are training seminars and refresher courses for secondary school teachers of I and II grade.
Specializing seminars on Landscape
From 2008 to 2011, the Federico Zeri Foundation, in collaboration with the "Istituto Veneto di Scienze, Lettere ed Arti di Venezia", has organized a series of courses on the theme of landscape. History, representation, culture landscape in Italy were investigated according interdisciplinary and new perspectives.
Specializing seminars on Art History at Villa Zeri
From 2004 to 2010 the Foundation organized at Villa Zeri in Mentana specialized training courses in Art History for young university graduates, postgraduates, postdocs. The programs have focused on issues related to the research of Zeri: art in Rome from the thirteenth to the nineteenth century.
